*If you would like a graphic on your custom apparel, please email the graphic to 2CHEPRINTING@GMAIL.COM and include your order number in the subject line. We will assess graphic and convert for heat press. If we experience any difficulties with your file, you will be notified. 
* Client will receive draft within 3-4 days.
*Order is not finalized until client submits final approval.

    Company Policy for Custom Products/ Printing:

    • Clients will receive a draft of their design within 3-4 days of order being placed. Client must approve final draft before order is finalized.

    • If client decides to cancel order after receiving drafts, proofs, or test prints ...company will retain 40% of the total order in order to cover design fees and/or replace products.
