    Company Policy for Custom Products/ Printing:

    • Clients will receive a draft of their design within 3-4 days of order being placed. Client must approve final draft before order is finalized.

    • If client decides to cancel order after receiving drafts, proofs, or test prints ...company will retain 40% of the total order in order to cover design fees and/or replace products.
